Credentials: LLM provider API keys you choose to store, which are encrypted at rest and used only to call your providers on your behalf. Usage data: run logs, audit events, and technical telemetry needed to operate and secure the Service. Waitlist data: email address, selected role, and referral attribution when you join the Pioneer 100 waitlist.

3. How we use it

We use collected data to operate the Service (including executing your pipelines with your providers), to certify marketplace listings, to secure the platform and prevent abuse, and to communicate with you about the Service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts or provider keys to train models.

4. Third-party processors

Pipeline runs send the relevant prompts and inputs to the LLM providers you configured, under your own accounts and keys — this is the core function of the Service. We additionally rely on infrastructure processors (hosting, database, object storage, and payment processing when paid purchases begin) under appropriate data-processing terms.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account and configuration data while your account is active. You may export your data at any time through the platform's data-portability tools, and you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data via {{FALLBACK_EMAIL}}. Backups rotate out on a fixed schedule after deletion.

6. Your rights
